How do clients book appointments?
You get a personalized booking link to share anywhere—your website, social media, or email signature. Clients see your available times and book instantly. You can also create private booking links for specific clients with custom service options.
What happens after my 60-day trial ends?
You'll be charged £8/month to continue using Booker. Your data and bookings are always safe—we never delete your account or history.
How do payments work?
We process payments through Stripe. Clients pay when they book, and funds are deposited to your connected bank account within 2-3 business days. Standard Stripe fees apply.
What's included in the trial?
Everything! You get full access to all features during your 60-day trial—up to 300 appointments/month, unlimited clients, notifications, and Stripe payment processing.
What notifications do clients receive?
Clients get email confirmations when appointments are booked, payment receipts, and an SMS reminder 24 hours before their appointment to reduce no-shows.
I don't have a Stripe account
No problem! You can create and connect a Stripe account directly in the app. It only takes a few minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You're in control. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
What about my data?
Your data belongs to you. We take privacy seriously and never sell or share your information. You can request a full export of your clients, appointments, and account data at any time—just contact us and we'll send it over.
